$15 marks one event Paid and places it ahead of the unpaid events in its week, for as long as it stays on the upcoming list.
$15 features one event. While it is on the upcoming list, it carries a Paid label and sits ahead of the unpaid events in that same week — on the Events page and on the home page list.
It stays in its own week. A featured event next week does not jump into this week.
The newsletter and Facebook are not part of this. Those belong to a separate sponsorship. A free listing, without the Paid label, is the submit form.
Email the event name, date, place, and a link. The Paid label goes on after the event is accepted onto the calendar and the $15 is paid. Nothing is marked Paid from the email alone.
