Friends of BBHS is inviting the entire Big Bear Valley community to gather at Big Bear High School on Friday, September 11, 2026, to mark the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The public ceremony and first responder salute is set to begin at 6:15 a.m. in the school's quad.[1]
The event is organized by Friends of BBHS, a community support group for the high school.[1]
