SR-38 to see delays, lane restrictions Saturday for REVEL Big Bear Marathon
State Route 38 between Mentone and Big Bear will stay open Nov. 7, but CHP pilot cars and one-way traffic will slow travel on the mountain highway during the REVEL Big Bear Marathon and Half Marathon.
