We called on a Sunday for same day appointment for 7 people and they were not only accommodating but they were very friendly and the massage was A+ and I’ve experienced many massages at many places including top notch spas and I must say this might have been the best massage I’ve had yet. I will definitely return when I visit big bear and I highly recommend you give them a try. The ambiance was amazing, the facilities were clean, the beds were heated, essential oils used.
