Bgr8 Wellness Center: Cryotherapy, Normatec Compression, and Redlight therapy

Parents from my kids high school recommended Bgr8 for sports recovery. I have 3 sons and 2 nephews that play football. First time I took them was to get ready for a football competition. Their bodies felt great! They all did awesome at the competition. My son had some pain in his shoulders due to overuse. Jenn put him on a treatment plan and he is good to go! I have been taking my daughter who plays highly competitive travel softball to Bgr8wellness for a few months now. She trains 5-7 days a week and Bgr8wellness has been nothing short of amazing! She has not complained of soreness since she has started getting her recovery treatments. She is a pitcher and Jen has kept her body healthy and game ready! The Cryotherapy paired with Normatec and cupping has taken her softball journey to a whole new level! I would highly recommend this place!!

I am so impressed by this facility and by the owner, Jenn. I went in with swollen legs and severe knee pain and an hour later I could walk freely. I'm going back next week for more, and my husband will do the cryo chamber while we are there. I am not a novice at having localized cryo, scraping, and the pressure gun, but I have NEVER experienced all of these things done so expertly. Yeah... This is my new place!
