Big Bear Spa Suites

We stayed there for two days the first day we were not able to check in until three hours after check-in time The first night wasn’t so bad besides the late check-in and the cleanliness of the room there was fake rose petals everywhere that they did not clean up as well as beer bottle caps! This property was absolutely disgusting. Our unit had dirty/stained and unwashed sheets, BLOOD ON THE FLOOR of the unit, used toiletries, and unwashed cups and mugs. The Jacuzzi that's advertised with the room was uncleaned and had mold and grime in the jets/vents. The property manager offered to move me to a different suite, and when I asked where we'd move to, they were non responsive until 1015 pm, 3 hours after they offered to relocate me, at which point I had already booked a room elsewhe

We spent our honeymoon here and the room was absolutely beautiful, only issue was when we turned on the Jets to the hot tub a bunch of debris and mildew kept shooting out. We tried several times to drain the water and let the Jets run a few times but all this Yukky stuff kept coming out of the jets. When contacting the one in charge of this issue he didn’t get back to us until we checked out of the room. I would of given this place a perfect 5 but unfortunately the hot tub is what I was lookin f
