Friendly staff. Clean showers, love all the different faucet angles inside the showers. The jacuzzi was really nice and all jets working well. Clean throughout. The older lady that works inside cleaning and picking up is very nice and super friendly. There’s so many different towels in sizes to choice from..There’s lockers, clean bathrooms Changing rooms. Stayed at the hotel this weekend and went with my friend for a facial and a massage. Ashlynn was amazing, so kind and so comfortable during the experience! Was glowing after. Main point of frustration for me is that it started late and ended on time (they were running behind and did not tell me at the front) so not sure I got the full 50 minutes and it’s very pricey $150 do to being in a resort so, would encourage staff to keep this in mind as for clients every minute counts! The Spa of the Pines is an entire studio and all encompassing area on the first floor in the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa hotel - Autograph Edition. The spa is a true full spa, which has an entire fitness center, a salon, a yoga/workout room, and an entire treatment plan for almost anything you can imagine to make you fit/healthy/beautiful.
