If you’re in Big Bear and want that true mountain-town comfort food experience, Teddy Bear Restaurant is it. The vibe is cozy, classic, and welcoming. It definitely has that old-school diner charm, which honestly makes it even better. It gets busy (for a reason), but it’s worth the wait. Perfect spot to fuel up before a day on the lake or the slopes. I’d definitely come back every time I’m in Big Bear. 🏔️✨

I probably enjoyed this spot more than the other comparable spots in town. The menu was the most unique, and we definitely leaned into the pie history. The pancakes were really well done, and the pastrami and eggs were delicious. Be ready for a wait if you are showing up on the weekend.

Absolutely Worth Visiting The food was fresh, clean, and incredibly delicious. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.
