Bear Valley Concierge

I have been using Emilia and Hunter for their concierge services since 2020. With out any hesitation, they have taken INCREDIBLE care of my cabin. If any issue would arise Emilia had a service man over immediately. The prices are so reasonable and I highly recommended them to anyone looking for concierge service. I was so happy

I wouldn’t recommend their service. Go to a different management company. Started off nice then started up-charging excessively for cleaning. When questioned, owner got very defensive and rude. Started to get more and more short and rude so I tried to just change the services and do the cleaning myself and they just cancelled all the other services for my cabin since they couldn’t do all the cleaning. Poor business management.
