Grateful for my experience with Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating. Quentin was great at explaining all three proposed options to help me understand my next steps for Heating/Cooling my home efficiently.

Bear Valley got me out of big jam when I came to find water coming out of my homes’ shut off and drain valve. They had put it in 2 years back so i was perplexed. Called them up, and they came out same day. Quentin George came out and diagnosed things and found out it was not a large issue at all. Quentin explained the diagnostic process, showed me how to avoid it in the future, and best of all , assured me the warranty was still in place to cover if it were a problem, which was huge relief. Gr
