We were driving up from San Diego when a piece under our car came loose. We called the shop and Tristan told us to stop by, and he helped us right away. He fixed it in just a few minutes. I had a very bad experience with this auto shop. I dropped off my car for service, and when I came the next day to pick it up and pay, the guy told me he was on lunch break and that I had to either wait an hour or come back later.
