Mountain Area Regional Transit

Service sucks. Both busses to San Bernardino from Big Bear got canceled and I’m stranded Update: I will never take public transportation to Big Bear from San Bernardino ever because of the fact that both busses were canceled. I had no help what so ever and I was extremely panicking because I needed to go home asap! No one was able to give me a ride (not even rideshare drivers or any Good Samaritan). Just that I thought I would lose hope, I managed to get a ride to San Bernardino via Jazzy Bear R

Had a ride scheduled for 1-2:30pm. It is now 1:29pm and still waiting. If I can't get to the grocery store, my dog not I can eat. This makes for bad business.

The start of our sister trip was terrible as we broke down on our way here. Luckily the transit was free and convenient for us to maneuver through the town. We were lucky to meet a few helpful bus drivers but we’d like to give a big shout out to Esteban because he was very helpful, informative, & kind to us. Thank you for being awesome 😊👏🏽
