Based on personal experience I would NOT use this company! Servpro was contracted to clean up an area of less than 300 square feet in a home my father owned ( who had recently passed away). They ripped out an entire bathroom along with bedroom walls that could have been cleaned up with a bleach solution. They then billed the insurance company for over $38,000!
