Bear Essentials

Last night, we entered this shop and were not greeted. A woman wearing a red long-sleeve shirt followed us throughout the store and later stood at the front desk watching us on the security cameras. When I noticed her staring at us, she appeared to panic. We left shortly after because the experience made us feel uncomfortable and racially profiled. I do not recommend visiting this store.

Super cool gift shop in downtown Big Bear Lake! Friendly staff and cool souvenirs.

We stopped in to this little shop twice to make purchases. Good prices on their super cute collectible items. Two of the three employees who helped us were really great, the third was a little strange and not very customer service oriented, but thankfully we just bought our items and left. I love my t-shirt from here and the gloves we bought were a lifesaver. The little stuffed bear souvenir was great value!
