I love the store. This is one of my favorite Souvenir gift shops In the Big Bear village. The staff is so professional and kind and they help me find all my sizes and everything I was looking for. I will definitely come back the next time. I’m in town.

I was totally offended by the young girl behind the counter. She was rude to my friend and had the nerve to ask me how much money I make. The older lady was great. But the younger one was rude and offensive. I spent close to $200. And wish I had spent it somewhere else after dealing with her
