Brown Bear Gift Shop

Staff was very very rude. I observed a girl who appeared to maybe be the supervisor telling a customer “I can’t have this here are you going to pay or not” when all the customer wanted was to know the total of the items and the tax to understand why their total was more than they thought it was supposed to be. I don’t know what kind of customer service this is but I would avoid this shop.

Looks like a cool store, but if you close at 9, close at 9. If I’m in the store looking around don’t kick me out at 8:55 when your sign says you close at 9.

Fantastic! The place, the people, the food, the merchs, they have it all nice. Gonna to see it again.
