Big Bear Frontier

We enjoyed our stay at The Frontier Resort at Big Bear two weeks ago. The location was fabulous and easy to get in and out of and convenient to food, bars, skiing, tubing, gorgeous views and more. We were in Room 207 that was equipped with two queen beds, a great bathroom that was updated and spacial. I had a wonderful stay at Big Bear Frontier on January 2026 and would absolutely recommend it. The hotel is super clean, very well maintained, and in a perfect location. Everything was exactly as expected, if not better. The surroundings are beautiful, and the location makes it easy to enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer. I stayed here one night in October. Nice location. It was nice to stay right next to the lake and then newly refurbished building. Loved the deep soaker tub. Spacious room. Super clean. Also, kind of like the wall art and fireplace. TV wasn’t working right, but no worries. My only complaint was that I couldn’t control the thermostat to make it cooler in the room.
