Big Bear Manor Jacuzzi Cabins

Stains on sheets, blood stains on pillows, algae and mold in spa jets, missing fire alarm, no carbon monoxide detector, missing outlet plates on plugs with exposed wiring, nails sticking out of the walls inside the cabin, soot stains all over the inside of the cabin going across the whole room, hairs on the towels and pillow cases, stains in the sinks, shower, and tub, missing pieces of awnings over most of the other cabins, torn chain linked fencing with trash and debris, used old water heater

ABSOLUTE SCAM!! we have alerted Airbnb to this however we don’t want anyone else to fall for their listing. This place is a mess. We had 2 pillows for 2 beds (extras weren’t available), but what looked like a handyman did show up with extra bedsheets that were rolled up in a bowl and held against his dirty clothes. The overhead light was broken, the floors were absolutely filthy, the windows were off track and couldn’t stay open or lock. The hot tub, which was the main reason we rented this c

*** DONT STAY HERE** ***SCAM*** When we got to the cabin it was old but cozy in a sense. Just in case we took pictures of everything to make sure werent blamed for anything. We just slept there and left. Two days later we see charge on our card of $100 dollars for damages that were caused by us. If you read other reviews you can tell the rooms are in a certain shape and they charge you for it thinking you wont see it.
