The place is good, don’t get me wrong! But management is the worst. We got a message on booking that somebody else is in our room 20 minutes before arrival because as we found out later the room was double booked. From what I’ve read in other comments, it’s not a rare thing to happen here, the guy has multiple platforms and never bothers to check if he might have the place already rented out on one of them. Perfect rustic getaway! Beautiful wooden mountain house with a cozy, clean room and great location. Loved the relaxing yard and all-day coffee and tea. We even met friendly guests — such a warm, welcoming place. Everything was perfect!

We arrived to check in and the only person there was an Asian lady that was a maid. She didn’t speak any English and had to use a translator phone to communicate with me. After 45 min she showed us a cottage that was available. After entering the room I looked in the bathroom and the tub had soap scum all the way around it and was full of hair.
