Postcard Cabins Big Bear, Outdoor Collection by Marriott Bonvoy

The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and it works well for a quick weekend getaway. However, there were several execution issues, especially during the transition to Marriott. The cabins are smaller and closer together than expected, and we experienced plumbing limitations( if one person flushed the toilet, the other had to wait before flushing again). We traveled with our dog and kept him leashed at all times, but neighboring guests allowed their dogs to roam freely bet

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars because it is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. The person they employ as a host tries to manipulate you just to get more money out of you. They completely ignore your concerns and even hang up the phone on you. We shared all the evidence of the issues we experienced with Airbnb and were only able to get our money back through them. I absolutely do not recommend this place — don’t let these people ruin your vacation.

This little getaway was totally spontaneous — I just wanted to escape the fast pace of the city. But the stay here completely blew me away! The cabin was so cozy and relaxing, and it had everything you could possibly need — from heating, fridge, and snacks to speakers, lovely decor, full sets of dishes, pots, pans, and even a gas stove. Everything was perfectly prepared. Absolutely a 10/10 experience! 🌲✨
